Primosten is known for its historic picturesque medieval town, quietly resting on a peninsula on the Dalmatian Riviera. The open sea has a breath taking view, giving a cooling draught on a warm summer day. The beaches in Primosten (town), with its azure and crystal clear waters, are some of the best in Croatia.


Primosten is located approx. 40 min from Split airport (at Trogir). Zadar airport is approx. 1 hour in the opposite direction. At Split airport there are multiple car rentals (all reliable). Croatia has an effective coastline express bus network (and taxi in the towns). A rental car is not a necessity, even when traveling with children.

Primosten is an “up market” area. Nevertheless, from early spring to late October the area is lively, with many tourists. Sun, sea, beach, cafes, restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream parlors (with Italian ice cream!), water sports, sailing (marina 10 km way), diving, paragliding, scooter and bicycles rentals, organised tours, visits to vineyards (Primosten is known for its wine), the Krka (waterfalls) and Kornati (islands) national parks. Or simply relax. There is something for every taste in the area around Primosten.


The apartment is situated in a quiet area in ​​Primosten (town), approx. 10 min. walk from the old town. The building was completed early 2007. End of the street without any transit traffic. The apartment sits on the 1 floor in a 3-storey brick building. Very pleasant Norwegian and Croatian neighbours. The apartment is 60 m2, with 2 bedrooms, a living room (open kitchen) and a bathroom/shower/WC.


There are 2 single balconies with panorama view, overlooking the old town and the Adriatic Sea. One balcony from the living room and one from the master bedroom. There is a private car park outside the building (on the property).


There is room for 2 in each bedroom and 2 on the pull-out bed (living room). The apartment is fully furnished and with sufficient closet space, door phone, TV (shared satellite), DVD, stereo, refrigerator, stove, oven, air conditioning, dishwasher and washing machine. The apartment is sold with fixtures, bed linen, towels, ironing and kitchen utensils.


Primosten has several grocery stores, bakeries, fruit and fish market in the city centre. A new supermarket is located on the outskirts of the city centre, where you get all you need. In Sibenik (direction Zadar) there are large shopping malls with clothes, hardware, furniture, food etc. Primosten has its own infirmary/ER, fire department and police station.


The history if the area goes 3.000 years back in time. The historic cities of Split and Trogir are not far away, where the Venetians ruled for centuries. Emperor Diocletian, one of Rome's most famous emperors, was born close to Split - where his summer palace still exists. Therefore, the entire area is on UNESCO's list.

Normally the winter climate is perfect for «wintering», with some activities also "out of season". Dubrovnik, Zagreb and Mostar (Bosnia) are only a few hours away. There are also express bus lines between Zagreb and Dubrovnik.


There are 5-10% of the costs incurred. The property is sold through authorized Croatian broker.
